Space-Saving Furniture

A small home is rarely short of furniture. It is short of floor. Everything here hangs on the wall or does two jobs, so the floor stays floor.

A wall cabinet just 14 cm deep that goes where an ordinary cabinet cannot. A wall-mounted shoe rack that lifts shoes off the floor, so a narrow entryway becomes walkable. A coat rack in oak and brass that does not stick out into the walkway. A pull-down cabinet that brings the space up under the ceiling down to eye level. A single oak hook for the spot where a whole row would be too much. And a stool that works just as well as a side table.

Why the wall, not more furniture
A square metre of floor in a city flat costs more than most furniture. The wall above it you already have, and it is free. That makes wall-mounted storage the cheapest space you can give yourself, and it does not make the room smaller to move around in.

    A cabinet, a shoe rack, a coat rack and a hook, all on the wall. Everyday things stay at hand, and the floor underneath stays clear and easy to clean.

    Solid oak, Valchromat®, birch plywood and brass, finished with plant-based Rubio Monocoat®. A scratch on a coloured edge shows the same colour underneath, so wear reads as age rather than damage.

  • Handcrafted in Copenhagen

    Designed and built in our Copenhagen micro-factory. Most sizes and colours are in stock, so an order usually ships within a couple of days.
