Levitate Signature – Storage that comes down to you
In a small home, floor space disappears fast, yet the 50 or so centimetres above doors and windows usually sits empty, because reaching it means balancing on a chair. Levitate Signature mounts up in that overlooked space and brings your belongings down to eye level whenever you need them.
Storage in the space above your door
Mounted high on the wall, just below the ceiling, Levitate turns an awkward, out-of-reach gap into storage you can reach from the floor. It keeps everyday clutter off your main shelves while staying completely out of the way until you want it.
Pull it down to eye level
A gentle pull on the solid oak handle sets a spring mechanism in motion, and the cabinet comes down to you. There are no electronics and no motor, just a smooth, mechanical movement, so your belongings come within reach without a step stool.
A mechanism we didn't hide
We chose not to hide the workings behind plastic covers. The mechanism is cut from birch plywood and left visible, so you can watch it move. The movement is quiet and smooth — wood on wood, no rattling.

Levitate pairs through-coloured Valchromat®, birch plywood and a solid oak handle, finished with a moisture-resistant oil that suits the bathroom as readily as the bedroom. Choose from four colours, and every cabinet is made to order by hand in our Copenhagen micro-factory.
Tip: Two ways to save space Levitate reaches up; Balance keeps things at standing height with doors that slide rather than swing. Pick whichever suits your wall.

A gentle pull on the oak handle brings the cabinet, and whatever's in it, down to eye level. Bike helmets in the hallway, fresh towels in the bathroom: all within reach, no step stool.
How it works
It comes down to you
1High up, out of the wayAbove a door or a window, with the underside 190–220 cm up. It takes no floor space and fixes to the wall only, not the ceiling.
2Pull the oak handleThe cabinet glides 45 cm down and out from the wall while the door lifts like a roof. A weighted spring mechanism does the work, and a push sends it back up.
3Two compartments – or fourEach compartment is 38 × 38 cm and comes with a shelf you can set at any height. Room for towels in the bathroom or bike helmets in the hallway – up to 8 kg.
Dimensions & sizes
44 cm above the door is enough
95 cm wide, one size in four colours. The underside sits 190–220 cm above the floor. Pulled down, the cabinet stands 18 cm off the wall and the door reaches 85 cm out.

Tasteful and functional
We bought 3 products for our new house. We use "Balance" as a medicine cabinet in a spot where we could barely fit a cabinet with ordinary doors. It works really well. Our everyday shoes sit just inside the door in "Grounded". Neat, and it works. Finally we have a "Wasteless" shelf in the bathroom. All of it in the blue colour with beautiful oak dowels.
It is functional, and we feel it adds a unique style to our home.

How does the pull-down mechanism work?
A gentle pull on the solid oak handle sets a spring mechanism in motion, and the cabinet glides smoothly down to eye level. The mechanism is cut from birch plywood and left visible, so you can see it work — quiet, wood on wood.
Does Levitate need power or a motor?
No. There are no electronics and no motor — the movement is purely mechanical, driven by a spring mechanism. There is nothing to plug in or charge.
Where should Levitate be mounted?
High on the wall, just below the ceiling — typically in the empty space above a door or window. It fixes to the wall with hidden fixings; nothing attaches to the ceiling.
Can I use Levitate in the bathroom?
Yes. The Valchromat® body and the plant-based oil finish are both moisture-resistant, so Levitate suits a bathroom as well as a bedroom or hallway.
What is Levitate made of?
Through-coloured Valchromat® for the body, birch plywood for the mechanism and frame, and a hand-finished solid oak handle. Everything is finished with Rubio Monocoat®, a plant-based hard wax oil.

How long does delivery take?
Every Levitate is made to order by hand in our Copenhagen micro-factory and ships within 6 weeks. If your colour happens to be in stock, it ships within 1–2 working days.

Furniture-grade birch plywood from Northern Europe. Chosen for strength and stability, and left visible so you can see the mechanism at work.
Rubio Monocoat® (Finish)
Finished with Rubio Monocoat®, a plant-based hard wax oil that deepens colour, adds a silky touch, and protects against everyday use. The moisture-resistant finish suits the bathroom as well as the bedroom.
