How do I care for the surface?
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For spills, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive or solvent-based cleaners. To revive the hardwax-oiled finish over time, refresh the surface with Rubio Monocoat Refresh following the instructions; always test on a small, inconspicuous area first.

We bought three products for our new home. We're using the “Balance” cabinet as a medicine cabinet in a spot where a cabinet with regular doors simply wouldn’t fit. It works perfectly. Our everyday shoes are neatly stored in the “Grounded” unit just inside the door. It looks great and works really well. Under the cabinet sits a removable solid oak dowel. It is ideal for tea towels in the kitchen, a guest towel in the bathroom, or scarves in the hallway. (Note: S-hooks in the images are for styling and are not included).

The cabinet is hand-built from Valchromat® – a through-colored, incredibly strong, and eco-friendly material. The surface is saturated with hard wax oil, making it resistant to moisture and daily use.
