30 days to change your mind

You can return anything you've bought from us within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. If your order arrived in several deliveries, the 30 days start when the last item reaches you.

How to return something

Let us know within the 30 days: email hello@quirkymoose.com, or use the withdrawal function here on the webshop and get a receipt by email. You can also use the model form on our Right of Withdrawal page, but you don't have to. Simply refusing the delivery doesn't count as a return, so please tell us first.

Once you've told us, you have 14 days to send the item back to:

We only accept parcels sent directly to this address.

What it costs

You pay for the return shipping, and the item travels at your risk, so pack it well, ideally in the original packaging. Shelves, tables, cabinets and other large pieces can't go by ordinary post and may need to travel on a pallet. Returning one of those costs at most DKK 1,500 from Denmark and approx. €600 (approx. £520) from any other country.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of hearing that you want to return the item, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait to pay until the item is back with us, or until you've shown us it's on its way. If you return only part of an order, the original shipping cost isn't refunded. If the item has been handled more than you'd need to try it out, we may deduct the loss in value.

Something wrong with it?

All our furniture comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your statutory rights. If something is wrong, write to hello@quirkymoose.com. For a justified complaint, we repair or replace the piece free of charge and cover reasonable return shipping costs.
