Shipping policy
Where we ship
We deliver to every EU country except Cyprus, and to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and Australia. We do not deliver to Greenland or the Faroe Islands.
Parcels
Smaller pieces go as parcels: with GLS within the EU and with UPS to the United Kingdom. The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Denmark: DKK 59, free from DKK 999.
- EU: home delivery is free from €139 in most countries. A few destinations carry a €10 home-delivery fee, and there you can always choose a free pickup point nearby instead.
- Poland: free from 499 zł.
- United Kingdom: £9.
Large furniture
The Bjørk dining table and Levitate are too large for parcel delivery and travel by freight carrier. They are not covered by free shipping: delivery costs a fixed DKK 750 in Denmark, €300 to the rest of the EU and £300 to the United Kingdom. Delivery is to the kerb unless otherwise agreed, and extra charges may apply for islands without a bridge connection. We agree the delivery time with you directly.
Orders to the United Kingdom
UK orders are sold without VAT. On delivery, UPS collects UK VAT (20%), a handling fee of about £10–12 and any other applicable import charges before your parcel is released.
Delivery times
In-stock items ship within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order pieces ship in about 3 weeks (about 6 weeks for Levitate and the Bjørk dining table). You get a shipping confirmation when your order is on its way, and GLS or UPS will email or text you with tracking.
